M-3000AU
Moving Die Rheometer
The M-3000AU is specifically designed to determine the rheological properties of rubber compounds during the curing process.
In the M-3000AU moving die rheometer, a rubber compound specimen sealed in a pressurized cavity is subjected to controlled heating. As the lower die produces sinusoidal oscillation, a torque sensor on the upper die detects the torque generated by the specimen.
PRINCIPLE: Equipped with advanced rheometer software, Gotech's moving die rheometer is specifically designed to analyze the curing characteristics of rubber compounds, including scorch time, cure time, cure rate, viscoelasticity, and cure plateau. This essential instrument serves as a significant tool for R&D and quality assurance.
The M-3000AU employs a high precision brushless DC motor to oscillate the lower die at a constant frequency and angle during rheometer testing. Simultaneously, the torque sensor on the upper die measures the changes of torque throughout the oscillation process. The collected test data is meticulously processed through Gotech's U70 amplifier, enabling precise analysis of viscosity, elasticity, and viscoelasticity.
