The GT-7071-E is specifically designed to assess the flexing resistance of shoe upper and textile materials. This instrument utilizes repeated flexing on shoe materials to simulate real-world usage scenarios.
PRINCIPLE: The upper materials flexing tester is specifically designed to assess the flexing resistance of shoe upper materials, as well as the likelihood of salt spues forming on shoe upper materials. During the flexing test, this instrument repeatedly flexes the folded specimens fixed in V-clamps to produce creases, enabling operators to assess whether the specimens crack or survive over a specified number of flexing cycles.
WIDE MATERIAL APPLICATIONS: Well-suited for flexing assessments across various types of upper materials, as well as textiles.
SALT SPUE ASSESSMENT: The GT-7071-E can also be used to assess whether specimens are likely to produce salt spues during flexing.
