Shoe Lace-Eyelets Abrasion Tester

The GT-7012-EH1 is specifically designed to assess the abrasion resistance of shoelaces.
To conduct shoelace abrasion testing, this instrument utilizes movable clamps to carry out reciprocal contact between two hooked shoelaces, allowing the assessment of shoelace abrasion resistance.

PRINCIPLE: A shoelace is threaded through a loop formed by another shoelace, with a specific tensioning force applied to its end portion. As the movable clamps securing the looped specimens move, the two shoelaces interact in reciprocal rubbing to assess their abrasion resistance.
WIDE APPLICABILITY: Well-suited for assessing the abrasion resistance of a wide range of shoelace materials
MULTIPLE TEST METHODS: Provides three test methods for comprehensive shoelace abrasion assessment, including abrasion between shoelaces, abrasion between shoelaces and eyelets, and abrasion between shoelaces and standard eyelets.
RECIPROCATING MOVABLE CLAMPS: Replicates real-world scenarios effectively by utilizing reciprocating movable clamps to enable abrasion between two hooked shoelaces.
