Sample Cutter

Sample Cutter cut out rapidly and accurately circular specimens, of a particular fixed area or diameter , from vitually any type of material , including woven, non-woven and knitted testiles, carpet ,film, foam, paper and board. The material to be cut is placed between the Sample Cutter and a special cutting board. When the safety catch is released, slight pressure on the handwheel brings internal blades into contact with the material. Specimens are cut out by rotating the hand wheel under pressure. the design of the intrument is such that specimens are removed cleanly and have smooth edges.
