Multi-Purpose Substrates Pull-Off Grips

The FCA-3 is specifically designed for adhesion strength testing of coatings on deformable and rigid substrates.
The coating material is evenly applied to the surface of a rigid substrate and dried under specified conditions. It is then bonded to a test cylinder with suitable adhesive. After curing for the required time, the assembly is tested in a tensile tester to assess the tensile stress needed to rupture the coating and substrate.
